About the property
This beautiful holiday home is located in Stoumont in the valley of the River Amel.
Stoumont is less than 15 km from the beautiful city of Spa, where you will find all kinds of shops, restaurants and bars. Here you will also find the thermal baths of Spa.
The house is only 20 km from the famous Spa-Francorchamps race track, which is also called "the most beautiful circuit in the world".
The house offers accommodation for a maximum of 19 persons.
The ground floor:

The ground floor has a large open living room, which with the large windows, gives a beautiful panorama view over the valley of the Amel.
The open living room is finished with different types of wood. The open kitchen is modern and well equipped.
In the living room you will find a fireplace as well as a TV.
A large dining table, also made of wood, awaits you in the middle of the room. From the dining room you also have access to the outside terrace, which is also equipped with wooden furniture.
On the ground floor you will also find 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Both rooms have a private bathroom with a shower.
The upper floor:

* The first has 3 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
* The second has a double bed and also a bathroom with shower.
* The third is equipped with 2 single beds and also has a private shower area.
* The fourth room also has 2 single rooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
* The last room on the upper floor has a double bed and a bathroom with bath.

You will also find the wellness area on this level. This consists of a large indoor pool as well as a sauna and a hammam.
A playing area with a table tennis, an air hockey and a kicker are at your disposal.
The billiard table is located on the ground floor in the large open living room.
The large garden is fenced and has a petanque game. Parking places for cars can be found right in front of the house.
