Large holiday house Ardennes for 26 persons in Xhoffraix with sauna

This holiday home in Xhoffraix consists of 2 separate houses, which are only 20 meters from each other and can accommodate a total of 26 persons.
It is located in the center of the village, but because of the detached position, you can enjoy here the privacy and tranquility.

The house:

On the 700m2 plot are the 2 houses only 20 meters from each other. The 2 houses have their own private entrance and have their own kitchen.

1. House (8 persons):
------------------------------
The first house has its own kitchen with hotplates, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and dishwasher.
In the living room there is a fireplace, a TV with dvd and CD player.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with two single beds. Each of these bedrooms has a private bathroom with a bathtub.

On the first floor, next to the kitchen and living room is the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 stacking bed with a private bathroom. There is also a dining room for 8 people.

Outside you will find a cozy terrace with a barbecue and a beautiful garden.

2. House (18 persons):

The second house is larger and is suitable for 18 people.

On the ground floor is a nice entrance, a toilet, and a laundry room where you will find a washing machine, a dryer and cleaning material.

Also on this level you will find a nice large dining room suitable for 26 persons. The kitchen in this house is fully equipped. (2 fridges, a freezer, a microwave, 2 ovens, an industrial dishwasher, kitchen utensils, etc.)

Also on the ground floor is a cozy living room with a billiard and a welcoming bar.

On the floor below there is also a living room with a nice fireplace. A TV with cable connection and DvD player are also available here.
To relax you can find here a nice sauna for up to 6 people.
4 bedrooms are on this level, each of them equipped with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms. One is equipped with 2 stacking beds and 3 single beds, the other with a stacking bed and a single bed.
2 bathrooms with a bathtub and a toilet are also available there.
From this floor you have access to a balcony, and from this balcony you can take an outside staircase directly to the cozy terrace.

The 700m2 fenced garden area is the perfect place to unwind in the open.

On the 130m2 terrace you can enjoy the fresh air and eat comfortably in the open air.

Leisure activities: trampoline, petanque, table football, darts, beach volleyball court.

In the courtyard of the two houses you will find several parking lots.
