This lovely holiday home for 18 persons is located in Mont a small village near Malmedy. This villa is located on a little busy street in the Belgian Ardennes and is ideal for those who want to enjoy hiking or even skiing in the beautiful nature of the high Venns.
The cities of Spa and Stavelot are very beautiful and only a few kilometers from the house as well as the most beautiful race track in the world, the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps.

The house:

The house consists of 2 buildings, one main building and one secondary building.
The main building has 3 floors.
In the cellar you will find everything you need to relax and enjoy the stay.
A table tennis and a wellness area. This house has a heated indoor pool and a sauna. A fitness room, as well as showers, changing rooms and deckchairs await you on this level.
On level 0 of the villa is the large dining room and the equipped kitchen, which offers enough space to bring together the whole group.
2 bedrooms are also on this floor, one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds. The 2 bedrooms communicate with each other to make a family room. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower is available for these rooms.
On the first floor there is a nice living room with a large TV and a DVD player.
On this floor are 4 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a double bed which can communicate with another bedroom with 2 single beds. These 2 rooms also share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The following room has a double bed and a shower in the room. The 4th bedroom on this floor is equipped with a bunk bed.

Secondary building:
On the ground floor you will find a living room with fireplace and a nice TV as well as 2 bedrooms. One has 2 single beds and the other has a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. The 2 bedrooms each have a private bathroom in the room.
On level +1 is another living room with open fire and another bedroom. This room is equipped with a double bed and a double bed. There is also a private bathroom in the room and an additional bathroom on this floor.

Outside:

A large garden of 1000m2 awaits you at the rear of the house.
A garage for one car as well as 10 parking spaces are at the front of the house at your disposal.
A pétanque area will entertain you when the weather is pleasant.
