Ideal holiday home for 12 people (8 adults and 4 children), very well located overlooking the valley of Bergerac.
The house has 5 bedrooms with private bathroom (sink - shower - WC).
Outside you will find a private, heated pool (11x5m) and a private terrace with barbecue and petanque.
The house was partially renovated in 2019 (beds replaced). External work was also carried out in 2019.
In absolute tranquility, you can enjoy your holiday amidst the vineyards of Bergerac.
