About the property
The holiday home is located only +/- 1.2 km from the center of San Lorenzo, in the north of Ibiza. San Lorenzo is one of the quietest villages in the north of the island. There is a church, a couple of bars (one with a small supermarket) and a restaurant. The center of Santa Eulalia and the sandy beach are just 9 km away. The center of Ibiza is only 16.2 km away.

1 bedroom with 2 single bed of 80x180 cm with fan.

2nd Lounge area overlooking the countryside, air conditioning, TV and direct access to the pool area and outdoor dining area. You also have access to the rear garden area, where the sun loungers are located.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and both are equipped with a double bed of 150x190 cm. There is 1 bathroom with shower.

The villa is located in a very quiet location. A car would be necessary to get around here and to get to important facilities.
Santa Eulalia del Rio is located approximately 9 km from the villa and offers bars, restaurants and shopping but also a wonderful beach.
