About the property
This holiday home with private swimming pool and wellness area was completely renovated in 2020 and is located right near Sprimont, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. The special thing about this holiday home is the rustic ambience with vintage furniture.
It offers you enough space for 6 adults and 3 children.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee maker, as well as the dining room.
The wellness area with the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, infrared sauna and hammam is also located here. You can relax on the deckchairs in between.
On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa table, table football and darts, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom.
On the second floor are the other two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The other has a single bed, a double bed and a mezzanine for 2 people as well as a bathroom with shower.

The garden is completely fenced and is a paradise for children. There is a slide and even a climbing wall. Meanwhile, the adults can sit at the terrace table and watch the children. There is also BBQ.
The house is not located far away from the Spa Francorchamps circuit.
Other villages of the region also have beautiful things to offer, such as "Les Francofolies" in Spa, the Abbey in Stavelot, the dam and lake in La Gileppe, etc. ..
