About the property
This beautiful holiday villa was renovated in 2020 and is located in the Belgian Ardennes, more precisely in Schoppen. This villa can accommodate up to 16 people.
The house is very modernly furnished and offers you all the comfort you need for a relaxing holiday. The villa is built on three floors and has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

Ground floor:
On the ground floor, there is a kitchen (handicapped accessible), which is equipped with all necessary and industrial appliances (dishwasher, hobs, wine cooler, etc.), as well as a living and dining area, which is very lovingly furnished and invites you to sit back, forget the daily routine and enjoy a relaxing evening in front of the fireplace and the TV. There is also a bathroom with toilet on the ground floor.
1st floor:
4 double rooms: each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
1 family room: 1 double bed (twin) with loft bed for 2 persons + bathroom with shower and toilet
2nd floor:
1 dormitory: for 4 persons - 2 showers and a toilet.
Furthermore, there is a wellness area in the holiday home which you can use for free. In this area you will find a lighted swimming pool, a sauna, an infrared sauna, and foot baths. In the wellness area you can sit back and relax completely.
In addition to this wellness area, there is also a lounge where you can play pool.
The house is specially adapted for the disabled, even for wheelchair users. There is also a disabled-friendly bedroom in this house.
Outside there is a covered terrace.

The holiday home is located in the municipality of Amel and offers several recreational possibilities, such as hiking, cycling, cinema, etc. which are nearby. For example, the lake in Bütgenbach is only a few minutes away by car. For those who like to go shopping, there is also plenty to do. There are two large shopping centres nearby. Both are located in the north of Luxembourg.
The Formula 1 race track of Spa-Francorchamps is also close.
The Eastbelgium Action, Fun & Karting Centre is 15 km away. There you will find various possibilities, such as karting, bowling, laser game, 3D mini-golf,...
