About the property
This beautiful holiday villa is located in Sant Miquel de Balansat on the holiday island of Ibiza and has a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea.
The holiday villa, which was built on two floors, offers space for up to 10 people and has 5 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed and the remaining four with two single beds each. The bedrooms have balconies where you can enjoy the evening hours. Some of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Furthermore, you will find three bathrooms in this villa, each with a bathtub.
In the open and cosy living room, which is equipped with a fireplace, you can end the remaining hours of the day with a cool drink and a nice movie on the TV.
The kitchen was built in an Ibizan style and has all the necessary cooking utensils you need for cooking. There is a microwave, oven, refrigerator and much more.
Outside you will find the beautiful garden, from which you have a fantastic view of the rural surroundings, the mountains and the sea. There is also a swimming pool, which measures 11 x 5 metres, where you can cool off on hot summer days. Furthermore, there are various pieces of garden furniture and sun loungers in the outdoor area where you can forget about everyday life and just relax. A covered terrace including a barbecue area can also be found in the garden.
This villa is perfect for those who just want to get away from it all and relax completely.
