This beautiful holiday home is located on the Costa Blanca in Spain, more precisely on the Balcon al Mar urbanisation in Jávea. The distance to the Arenal beach with various restaurants, bars, promenades and shops is only 7 km.
The holiday home has an area of 160m2 and consists of one floor. The capacity of this holiday home is 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms (1 queen size bed and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower) in the holiday home.
In the open and cosy living and dining room you can fully relax and enjoy the remaining hours of the day on the sofa in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils.
From the living room you have access to the covered terrace, where you will find a variety of garden furniture. From there you can enjoy the wonderful sea view. There is also a brick barbecue, which is at your free disposal.
Outside you will also find the private pool, which measures 8 x 4 metres, where you can cool off on hot summer days. There is also a garden with a variety of garden furniture and sun loungers where you can relax and forget the stress of everyday life for a while.
