This beautiful holiday home for 6 people is located in the urbanisation La Barraca in Javea on the Costa Blanca, in the south-eastern part of Spain. The holiday home offers you a breathtaking sea view and is only 500 metres from the nearest gavel beach in La Barraca and 5 kilometres from the sandy beach of El Arenal, where you will find a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The town of Pueblo de Javea is 10 kilometres from the house.

The holiday home, which has two floors, can accommodate up to 6 people and is divided into 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 4 single beds), each equipped with a fan, and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and the other a shower. The living room is equipped with two sofas, an armchair, a TV and a fireplace so that you can relax the last hours of the day. The kitchen, which is located in a separate room, is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, such as a gas cooker, a refrigerator, a microwave and much more that you need to cook. There is also a storage room including a washing machine in this holiday villa.

Outside you will find two covered terraces. You can reach one of them via the living room. On this terrace there are 4 sun loungers and garden furniture, so that you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea. The second terrace is located in the well-kept garden next to the pool and also has sun loungers and garden furniture. Furthermore, you will find a barbecue there to expand your culinary horizons. The in-house pool invites you to forget everyday life for a while and to relax completely.
