About the property
This holiday home with private outdoor pool is located in one of the best areas of Ibiza, Can Pep Simo. A luxury area, just a few kilometres from Ibiza Town.
Talamaca beach is only a 7-minute walk from the house.
The holiday home sleeps 8 people and is divided as follows:
1st floor:
- fully equipped kitchen
- Dining room for 6-8 people, TV, wifi, fireplace and access to the terrace with sofa and sunbeds.
- A few steps down there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 1 with twin beds, sharing a bathroom with shower
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Exit to the terrace with sea view. Air conditioning.
Outside is the private swimming pool surrounded by lawn, sun loungers and parasols. There is also a dining area with table for 8 people and a portable barbecue. Please note that the outdoor area is only accessible through the main entrance from the house.
With its excellent location, the villa offers every comfort to relax and discover the island of Ibiza.
