About the property
This private and luxurious villa welcomes you and your guests to a spectacular setting surrounded by fragrant herb gardens, fruit trees, aromatic plants and shrubs in the heart of Ibiza. The villa is found on a south facing plot, with no direct neighbors, giving you a unique view of the countryside and direct access to the gentle rural ambiance of Ibiza's north coast.
The villa welcomes you with unobtrusive luxury and the highest level of comfort, a balmy summer breeze and plenty of fresh natural air.
You are spoilt for choice here: enjoy dreamy hours with family and friends by the fantastic Infinty pool or treat yourself to a yoga session with your private yoga instructor in the special 70 m2 yoga room overlooking the sunset, play football or keep fit in the gym, hike through the beautiful nearby nature, use the Blue Ray DVD player or the satellite TV or just sit back in the large living area with a book and listen to music. Here at the villa you will find simply everything you need to have a perfect vacation stay. For the children there is a tree house to play in. The villa is a dreamy private paradise with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets and complete luxury of relaxation.
The main house has a total of 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite and one is a family room consisting of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In addition, there are 2 garden rooms with private terrace and sunset views. Both with private bathroom.
All facilities in the house are of the highest quality and include air conditioning and a well-equipped and modern kitchen.
Next to the large modern kitchen is a lovely dining area with windows overlooking the garden and sea views and a fireplace.
Outside is another dining area and many small shaded relaxation areas with armchairs and hammocks.
The Garden Chiringuito Bar and the Rustic Disco can be used for your celebrations.
