Fantastic farmhouse for 9 people with common pool and a beautiful outdoor area in a quiet setting

This beautiful renovated farmhouse is located in the province of Namur in the Belgian Ardennes and can accommodate up to 9 people.

The farmhouse has been furnished in a very modern way and offers you all the comfort you need to enjoy a relaxing and restful holiday in the Belgian Ardennes. The holiday home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

On the ground floor you will find the open living area. This is equipped with several sofas, a flat screen TV and a fireplace, so you can fully relax even on colder days. There is also a dining table in this room. Next to the dining table, some steps lead to a lounge with table football. The kitchen is also on the ground floor and is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances. From the living room, stairs lead to a small fitness area with various equipment.

Two of the four bedrooms are equipped with a mezzanine. One of these rooms has 2 double beds and the other one has two single beds. A third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a beautiful shower.

The last bedroom is the master room. It is equipped with a 200*200 cm double bed, a dressing room and an en suite bathroom. In the bathroom you have a shower, as well as a whirlpool tub, where you can sit back and just relax and forget about everyday life.

The outdoor area of the house has also been lovingly decorated and equipped. You can either cool off in the pool, which is shared with the adjacent suite, on hot summer days or relax on the garden furniture and sun loungers and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. Furthermore, there is a barbecue in the garden and a terrace with a dining area, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy your meal outside on sunny days.

The house is located in the province of Namur and is only a few kilometres away from the city of Namur, where you can find various leisure activities as well as several shopping centres and restaurants.

At 35 kilometres from the holiday home, there is an adventure centre where you can experience various activities such as kayaking and much more.

For those who feel the urge for a little more action, there is the possibility to prove your skills at the go-kart track, which is only 10 kilometres away from the holiday home.

**The heated swimming pool is open from mid-April to mid-October ans has to be shard with the suite next door.**
