About the property
This luxury vacation chalet in the middle of the Belgian Ardennes was renovated in 2021 and can accommodate a maximum of 14 people. The former hunting lodge with private wellness area is located in a quiet location on a 23 hectare property.
In total, the chalet has 5 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower or bath and 2 children's beds of 160 cm.Each bed can accommodate up to 2 children.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, electric and gas stove, oven, American refrigerator and seating right nearby. Thus, there is a friendly, cozy atmosphere in the kitchen during the preparation of the meal.
Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the open living and dining area. The dining area has a long table for 14 people. In the living area there is a large sofa corner with a warm fireplace in the middle and TV.
On the upper floor there is a common room with table football, couches, TV and 2 single beds in "cottage style", where the children can sleep well-cared.
The hot tub inside is on the lower floor in the spa area.

Each floor has a covered terrace with seating.
There is also a picnic bench with parasol, a fire pit, 3 hammocks, and play areas for the kids.
Somewhat secluded, there is also a hottub and barrel sauna that are heated with wood.
The nearest town is La-Roche-en-Ardenne, only 3 km from the holiday home. There are various shopping, sightseeing and activities to do.
*We would like to point out that the house is accessible only by a private road and is therefore somewhat more difficult to reach in winter.*

**This vacation home is mainly considered for family vacations, bachelor parties are not allowed in this house. Please inform us about the composition of your group before each booking. The landlord has the right to cancel the booking if it is a non-family group. The owner reserves the right to cancel the rental on site if the composition of the group is not as described in the booking**
**Raclette grill, fondue machines or similar are not allowed due to smoke production. Music systems are not allowed outside**
