About the property
This beautiful holiday home is located in Ellezelles and offers space for 16 people.
The house was built by the owners themselves, with great emphasis on quality and sustainability. The result is a stylish house with 7 bedrooms.
4 of the bedrooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are distributed throughout the house, as are the remaining 2 bathrooms.
Furthermore, the house has a kitchen, a dining room and a lounge. Outside there are several terraces, as well as an inviting pool, which can be used from 01/04-01/11. (heated from 01/05-30/09).
The pool is maintained daily (from 07:00-08:00 am).
The highlight is the inner wellness area, where you have a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a hammam and an indoor pool at your disposal.
The owners themselves also live near the house, but stay in the background unless help is needed. You will want for nothing in this house. Enjoy time out with your family or friends.

Ellezelles is located in the Pays des Collines and the Flemish Ardennes. The place convinces above all by its beautiful nature. There are many walking and cycling routes, such as the Ravel.
There are also many historical sites to discover, as well as several breweries.
**This holiday home is mainly intended for family holidays. Student parties and stag parties are not permitted. **
**For excessive electricity consumption(more than 100kW/weekend), the owner will charge a surcharge.**
**Please note that the security deposit has to be paid in advance with the rental amount.**
