Large holiday home for 30 people with wellness and garden in Flanders, only 15 km from the Belgian coast

The large holiday home is located in the municipality of Jabekke, only 15 km from Bruges and can accommodate up to 30 people and is built in typical Flemish style.

The holiday home is suitable for families with children as well as for business meetings and is located only 15 km from the Belgian coast.

The house has a very well equipped and large kitchen. There are 2 dishwashers, a fridge, a large cooker with 5 hobs, 2 ovens and 2 microwaves. Next to the kitchen is the dining room, which offers enough space for 30 people. Next to it is also a beautifully lit bar, which invites you to linger. From here you can also keep an eye on your children, who can let off steam in the play corner, with billiards or foosball. The comfortable sofa corner with gas stove also invites you to spend a cosy evening.

There are 6 bedrooms in total. In addition, there are 2 children's beds that can be provided as desired in the bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed and on the first floor 3 single beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and on the first floor another double bed and 4 single beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed and on the first floor 3 single beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed and on the first floor 3 single beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 5: 1 double bed and on the first floor 3 single beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 6: 1 double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The room as well as the bathroom are also suitable for persons with reduced mobility.

In the same complex there is another vacation unit for 40 people. Each unit has its own access to the swimming pool. Here you can find a sauna, 2 showers and a toilet, which can be used privately.
Only the swimming pool is divided into a fixed schedule, so that everyone can use the pool privately for their group.

Outside there is a covered terrace, a BBQ, a petanque court, a storage area for the bicycles, as well as various lounge furniture and a large lawn.The garden is private and separate from the other unit.
