This magnificent vacation villa is in an excellent location, at the crossroads of the three Belgian-German and Luxembourg borders, in the Our valley between the Eifel and the Ardennes.

The building is a luxurious venue with a spacious dining room and a beautiful bar with pool table, tennis court, table soccer, sauna, table tennis, infrared cabin, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi.

This is certainly the ideal place to enjoy the large garden with river (Ulf) and direct access to Ravel 47 (cycle path and hiking trail on the old railway line). A wide range of sports and leisure activities are available for young and old alike.
The atmosphere of the modern bar, the spacious modern dining room and the many terraces promise a pleasant stay in any season.

For the winter months, there are also indoor activities at the Grufflingen Action Center. The atmospheric design of the villa, bar and dining room makes it a pleasure to stay with friends and family on long winter and summer evenings.

The East Action & Fun Center is just 5 minutes away and is an experience for all.
A bakery, stores and restaurants are all within easy reach.

It's also possible to speak with the owner to purchase anything you need, so when you arrive, drinks, food and everything else you need is on site.

The covered outdoor swimming pool is open from 10.04 to 10.11.

As this vacation home is primarily intended for family vacations, youth groups are not permitted.
