All rooms have their own fully equipped bathroom and air conditioning, and most of these rooms surround a courtyard with a fountain in the center. There is also a living room that leads you directly to another room covered by a roof, yet outdoors, which boasts comfortable sofas.

From the outside, the villa presents a rustic charm, guarding its treasure of internal wonders. Crossing the pathway to the estate, you are greeted by a Moroccan-style courtyard, where you'll find a water fountain, enveloped in water lilies, ideal for relaxation and comfort. An outdoor kitchen with a grill and an imposing pool make this villa a unique and exclusive place. A cold water immersion pool, perfect for swimming, is surrounded by sun loungers and chill-out areas, along with a large table for up to 14 guests, next to a covered terrace.
Alongside the pool, you'll see numerous trees, especially olive and palm trees, perfect for lounging in their shade. Adjacent to the garden is a small house with a fully equipped kitchen. There is private parking, and the property is fully fenced for added privacy.

Just 3 minutes from the charming village of San Juan. Within short distance from the road to Sant Joan, you'll find several restaurants of various styles.
Visit the nearest beach, Beniras (recommendation: Go early on Sundays as access may be challenging due to its limited capacity). You can also head to Cala Xuclar beach, very close to the villa as well, and enjoy drinks at its beach bar.
The city of Ibiza is conveniently located 25 minutes away, while the airport is just a 35-minute drive.
