After passing through the private gate, a path leads you to the two houses that make up the estate. One of them, the oldest, is already 800 years old and retains its original roof and walls from that time.

Ascending to the first floor, you'll discover the master suite, featuring a luxurious bed surrounded by every comfort. It includes a private bathroom and a terrace with a fountain, offering panoramic views of the sea. On the ground floor, two additional bedrooms, both doubles, share a bathroom and connect to a terrace. The other three rooms are separated from the main villa in 'La Casita'; two of them share a bathroom, while one has its own.
This villa has direct access to the Mediterranean Sea, with a spacious infinity pool that invites you to relax and unwind.

Exterior:

Stepping outside, you'll find a green lawn surrounded by tropical palm trees, where a heated infinity pool invites you to gaze beyond the horizon. The extensive grounds are filled with seasonal fruit trees, including pomegranates, oranges, and figs. There are several relaxation areas, with large cushions, shaded spots, and the option to dine outdoors embraced by nature. Additionally, there's a children's play area with a slide and a swing.

Location:

Situated on the north coast of Ibiza, in Sant Joan de Labritja, the villa offers stunning views of the blue Mediterranean and is surrounded by mountains and pine forests.

A stroll through the pine forest, belonging to the villa, will lead you directly to Cala Xuclar Beach. Another beautiful bay for swimming is Cala Xarraca, and just 1.5 km from the villa, you'll find Portinaxt. There are many interesting restaurants within walking distance of the villa or a 5-minute drive away.

Breakfast is available upon request (minimum 72 hours notice before arrival) at a cost of €35 per person and is only offered for a minimum of 5 people.
