This holiday home on the Cote d'Azur, located a few kilometres from the centre of Sainte-Maxime, is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The house is just 100 metres from the beach, and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The house has a modern interior, and a luxurious look. Inside, you will find everything you need. There is an open-plan living area with a spacious kitchen with a kitchen island, a seating area with a TV, and a dining table. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The garden is landscaped with a variety of flowers, plants and trees. There is a large swimming pool with sun loungers around it. There is also a covered terrace with a dining table and an outdoor kitchen. Next to the house is a lounge set where you can enjoy the evening sun in the afternoon. Furthermore, the garden offers an outdoor shower and a rotary dryer.

If you want to do something outdoors during your stay, there are several possibilities in the area. Due to its location near the coast, a day at the beach can of course not be missing from your holiday. The famous La Nartelle beach, where several restaurants and beach clubs can be found, is 200 metres away. The centre of Sainte-Maxime is 3 kilometres away, and from here you can take the ferry to Saint-Tropez.

**The villa is connected to the neighbouring villa with a garage that is in between the 2 villa’s. The inhabitants from the other villa have no viewing the property that you rent, nor is there possibility of sound disturbance through the walls.**
