Wonderful secluded villa in the mountains, with a pool and sea views, very close to the most spectacular beaches of Ibiza

This wonderful villa features a large plot where you'll find its extensive garden, saltwater pool, relaxation areas ideal for unwinding, and enjoying the beautiful views of San Antonio Bay.

Interior:

The house boasts 7 rooms, 5 of which have their own fully equipped bathroom; the other bathroom is shared by two rooms. In the main area, you'll find a living room directly connected to a dining area and kitchen. On this same ground floor, you'll find two of the mentioned rooms. Upstairs, aside from the remaining rooms, you'll find access to a terrace leading directly to the house's tower, where there's a Balinese bed offering stunning views.

Exterior:

The property includes a spacious grassy area surrounding the pool, along with a sunbathing area. There's also an outdoor shower and sun loungers. You'll find a fully equipped barbecue area and parking for up to 7 vehicles. On one of the covered terraces, there's an outdoor kitchen where you can cook while admiring the bay views.

Location:

This wonderful villa is located a 5-10 minute walk from Ibiza's most beautiful beaches: Cala Bassa, Cala Comte, and Cala Tarida. If you're a lover of climbing and hiking routes, head to Mount Sa Talaiassa, 6 kilometers away. The Cap Blanc Aquarium is 4 kilometers away if you're a lover of marine fauna.

**Important**

If more occupants wish to stay at the property, a supplement of €50 per person per night will apply, which must be notified in advance. The villa provides a daily cleaning service (except on Sundays). A set of 4 towels per person is provided, which will be changed midway through the stay. Please note that the maintenance person lives on-site, however, they have their own apartment and separate access to the property.

It's possible to rent a boat; please contact the person in charge of key delivery. You can also hire a private chef if desired.
