The Villa:
This villa combines the appearance of a traditional island estate with top-notch technological amenities to ensure comfort and charm. Located on 24,800 square meters of land, the villa stands out for its landscaped Mediterranean garden, with an exotic corner around the Balinese beds.
The Interior:
Both the main villa (850 square meters) and the Guest House (100 square meters) are fully air-conditioned (summer-winter) and equipped with drinking water throughout. They offer spacious and bright spaces thanks to large sliding windows and terraces of over 250 square meters. The air-conditioned villa consists of 8 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 7 bathrooms with bidet and shower. The underground garage can easily accommodate 3 to 4 cars.
The Exterior:
The large infinity pool with slightly salted water offers a view and access similar to that of a real beach, with a sloping coast. Its 180 square meters provide plenty of space for swimming and relaxing and also feature an area with a volleyball net. Two solar showers, umbrellas, a round sofa, and sun loungers complete the area. There is a playground and barbecue area on the property. It offers table tennis and an outdoor gym.
