Interior:

The villa features 3 types of accommodation: a main house of 250m2 housing 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en suite. Here you will find a luxurious kitchen with a table for 12-14 diners. There is also a home office area with printer and copier. Additionally, there is a 300m2 terrace with lounge furniture, sun loungers, and umbrellas. The other two accommodations, called "Casitas", one of 55m2 and another of 75m2, each have a double bedroom, a sofa bed, and a bathroom. All rooms, both in the main house and in the casitas, are equipped with air conditioning, heating, and Smart TV.

Exterior:

The pool is directly connected to the main house and is a few meters further from the two casitas. With dimensions of 10x5m, it invites you to swim and enjoy the tranquility. There are also toys for children in outdoor areas and by the pool. The pool area has its own bathroom and sun loungers with a refrigerator for drinks. You can also climb to the roof of the mill and admire the surrounding views; on the ground floor of the mill is the laundry room. There is a barbecue area and outdoor kitchen, complete with an outdoor table for up to 16 diners.

Location:

It is located in the outer area of Ariany, from where you can walk to nearby supermarkets in about 3-5 minutes. It is about 45 km from the capital, Palma de Mallorca. It takes approximately 40 minutes from the airport to reach the house. At 16 kilometers away is the Albufera Natural Park where hiking and climbing routes can be enjoyed. Also, about 16-20 kilometers away are the beaches of Muro, El Arenal, and Alcudia.
