Enjoy this Mallorcan country house surrounded by 40000m2 of land with numerous trees and plants, such as almond trees, orange trees, and fig trees. It features spacious terraces and rooms, as well as a pool area and barbecue.
Interior:
The main house has five bedrooms that retain the traditional style of the island. There are 5 full bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. All bedrooms except one are located upstairs, separated by stairs leading to relaxation areas.
The fully equipped kitchen is very spacious and connected to the dining area through an island, ideal for enjoying communal meals and cooking.
Exterior:
There are numerous gardens filled with vegetation. There is a pool with stepped entry, ideal for children, with a width of 5m and a depth ranging from 0.7 to 2 meters. Around the pool, there are 8 sun loungers and umbrellas. Behind the terrace, there is an outdoor kitchen with an integrated barbecue, a dining area, and a lounge area with benches and armchairs.
Location:
This villa is located 2km from the village of Búger, an ideal starting point for hiking routes. The location is ideal as, despite being a very quiet place, it is close to the highway that connects to the beaches of Alcúdia and Muro, among others.
