About the property
Enjoy this incredible villa situated on a 2500m² plot surrounded by nature and trees. It's an ideal place to gather and have fun with family and friends. The property consists of a main villa and four additional fully equipped buildings separated from the main villa.
Interior:
The villa and its decor have been meticulously designed. It features two interior floors with both indoor and outdoor dining areas, a kitchen equipped with all types of appliances and kitchenware, 7 fully equipped bedrooms, a spacious living room with ample capacity, and several common areas for relaxation and chilling out.
The main building has three bedrooms with bathrooms and terraces, and a master suite also with its own bathroom. In front of the main building, there are two independent suites, each with its own bathroom and double bed. Lastly, the garden house has a double bed, a terrace with views of the exterior Japanese garden, and a small room with two beds to accommodate two children (under 12 years old).
Exterior:
The exterior boasts more than 700m² of terrace space, numerous sun loungers and beds surrounding the magnificent pool, an outdoor shower, and even a small sports field where you can play volleyball, tennis, petanque, and more. There is also a fully covered area where you can practice yoga, work out in the fitness area, play table tennis, and other activities.
Being oriented East-West, the villa's gardens and outdoor areas enjoy sunlight virtually all day long.
Location:
The villa is located between Sant Josep and Cala Tarida, just a 5-minute drive from the stunning beaches of Cala Valleda, Cala Conta, Cala Cabo, and Cala Moli. The village of Sant Josep, with all its amenities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and bus/train stations, is also just a 5-minute drive away. The city of Ibiza is about a 20-minute drive.
