This beautiful property can accommodate up to 8 people and combines traditional Mallorcan style with modern comfort. The accommodation is in a quiet location and has direct access to the sea.

First floor:

The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary kitchen appliances.

The open, spacious living and dining area offers space for up to 10 people and is the perfect place to spend time with the whole family. From here, there are several access points to the outdoor area, which is partially covered and furnished - ideal for shared meals and long evenings outdoors.

There is also a guest toilet on the first floor.

Second floor:

There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a private terrace. The third bedroom has two single beds. Two further bathrooms are available for the other guests.

Outbuilding:

Another bedroom in the annexe also has a private bathroom.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Outdoor area:

The spacious garden invites you to relax and play. The private pool is the perfect place to cool off on warm summer days.
