Discover this beautiful villa, which has been fully restored and can accommodate 12 people. Despite its restoration, this villa preserves the tradition and culture of the island of Mallorca, a place where you can relax and unwind, either inside the villa or in the middle of its surrounding fields and pine forests.
Interior:
The house has 6 double bedrooms, 5 of them with two single beds and one with a double bed, as well as three bathrooms, two with a bathtub and one with a shower. There are several common areas and a kitchen with the essentials for your stay. The house also has air conditioning and heating in the communal areas.
The covered dining room has a lot of charm, as it will feel like you are eating outside thanks to its large windows.
Outdoor area:
Here you can get in touch with nature, and the best way to do this is by the pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is also a barbecue area, as well as several terraces that invite you to linger.
As this is a finca that pays attention to sustainability and the environment, you will find that there is a farm with ducks and chickens that belongs to the holiday home. You can therefore prepare your breakfast with fresh eggs from free-range chickens (depending on the season).

This property is located in Inca, a village in the centre of the island. There are several neighbouring villages of great cultural and gastronomic interest such as Costixt, Siney or Llubi, where you can also do your personal shopping. As it is located in the centre of the island, the nearest beaches are about 22 km away.
