This 5,800m² plot is situated in the heart of nature, surrounded by numerous green fields and notable for its tranquil atmosphere; ideal for enjoying the harmony of the Mallorcan countryside and escaping the noise of the city.

Interior:

This 120m² property can accommodate 5 guests. It has 3 double bedrooms, two with two single beds each, and one with a double bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, both equipped with bath linens.

There is a living room with a sofa and armchairs, air conditioning, and heating, which connects directly to the traditional Mallorcan kitchen, equipped with everything necessary for your stay. There is also a large dining table where you can enjoy a meal with your group.

Exterior:

Three of the four sides surrounding the villa feature garden areas, some with pine trees to relax under their shade during the hot months. On the other side is the pool, accessible through a gate, with two areas: one covered as a chill-out zone and another under the open sky, with sun loungers for sunbathing.

There is also a children's playground with garden toys, a football goal, a swing, and more. Additionally, there is a brick barbecue area equipped with all necessary utensils.

Location:

The villa is located between Pollensa and Alcudia, two areas of high cultural interest, so we recommend visiting both towns. The nearest beaches are about 6 km away, including Sa Marina and Playa de S’Albufereta. Near both beaches are several points of interest, such as the Sa Bacarassa Lagoon and its bird observatory or the S’Albufereta Natural Reserve.

Both the airport and the city of Palma de Mallorca are about 56 km away.

From this area, numerous cycling and hiking routes also begin.
