Villa Located in the Countryside of Pollensa: An Ideal Retreat for Relaxing and Enjoying a Vacation with a Small Group of Friends or Family.
Interior of the Villa:
Built in a typical and traditional Mallorcan style, this 85-square-meter house features two fully equipped double bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, and two bathrooms, one of which is located outside the house. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, convertible to heating for the colder months. One bedroom has access to a beautiful terrace. A crib and a high chair are also included during your stay.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking for and with your group. Next to the kitchen is a dining table, and just a few meters away, the living room with armchairs, a sofa, and a television.
Exterior of the Villa:
Here you will find a wonderful 7x3 meter pool where you can enjoy a relaxing swim. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers for sunbathing, with an umbrella for those who prefer shade, and several seating areas, a barbecue area, and a ping-pong table. The parking space is also within the property grounds.
Location:
Being so close to Pollensa, you can easily walk to the town. Here you can do your shopping and enjoy its restaurants, bars, shops, etc.
The nearest beaches are about 7 km away. We recommend visiting Playa del Port de Pollensa, Cala Bóquer, or Playa de Cala Barques.
Palma Airport is 52 km from the villa.
