Interior of the villa:

The entire house is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a wood-burning fireplace. It features 3 double bedrooms: two with queen-size beds (2.00 x 2.00 meters) and one with two single beds (1.10 x 2.00 meters). Two of the bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms, while the third bathroom is separate from the rooms.

There's a fully equipped kitchen suitable for cooking for your group, with a dining table adjacent. A few steps further is the living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs. A crib and high chair are also provided during your stay.

Exterior of the villa:

Outside, you'll find a lovely pool with varying depths, perfect for children. There are sun loungers and umbrellas, several chill-out areas—some covered where you can dine al fresco—and others under the open sky. With 1,500 square meters of land, you'll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation.

An impressive stone barbecue, integrated into one of the property walls, is also available. Parking is outside but covered.

Located in Alcúdia, specifically in the village of Barcarés, the villa offers easy access to supermarkets, nearby villages, and local bars and restaurants.

Recommended nearby attractions include Playa Es Morer Vermell, Playa del Clot, and for nature enthusiasts, the opportunity to visit the s’Albufereta Natural Reserve, approximately 3 km away.
