Interior of the villa:

The 130-square-meter stone villa, traditional Mallorcan style on the outside but renovated inside, has three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a double bed, and the other two have two single beds each. All bathrooms are equipped with a shower and hairdryer.

The villa also features a living room with satellite TV and comfortable sofas and armchairs, with large windows where you can enjoy the beautiful views.

There is a kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for your group and a dining table. A crib and a high chair are also included during your stay.

Exterior:

You can access the exterior from any of the rooms. With its ample land surrounded by numerous fruit trees, it features a swimming pool surrounded by loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.

You can also relax on the terraces and contemplate the landscape, read, enjoy your company, and have a barbecue with your group. Parking is also available within the villa's grounds.

Its privileged location in the heart of nature gives you the opportunity to visit numerous places in the area. Artá is one of the places in Mallorca where natural areas without buildings are still preserved. About 25 km away, we recommend visiting the sandy coves from Cala Torta to s’Arenalet d’Albarca, as well as Sa Canova beach, the cliffs of Cap de Ferrutx, and others.

In the town of Artá, you can do your shopping at the supermarket, visit shops, markets, bars, restaurants, and more.
