Beautiful villa with garden and private pool, located in Campos, in the rural area of Mallorca

Enjoy this wonderful estate of over 3,000 square meters, completely fenced, located in a very quiet, rural area with views of the valley and the mountains. The house, with a capacity for 8 people and 200 square meters, offers beautiful views from almost all its windows.

Interior of the house:

The house has four bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other two with two single beds each. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and two of them have direct access to the outside. There are 4 bathrooms, 3 of them with showers and hairdryers, and 2 with bathtubs. If you are traveling with babies, a crib and a high chair will also be available during your stay.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable for group cooking as the cooktop is in the middle like an island, with space to taste food. Next to the kitchen, you will find the living room with air conditioning, a television, and countryside views.

Exterior:

The large pool of 10m x 5m offers you the opportunity to cool off on warm days. It is surrounded by a lawn area of 100m2 and terraces with sun loungers and parasols. There is also an outdoor shower and several relaxation areas as terraces.

Next to the garden is the wonderful barbecue area, with a pulley system to regulate the heat intensity; right behind it, there is a table where you can enjoy a group meal while contemplating the beautiful views of the countryside. Outside, you will also find the ping pong area and the parking area.

Location:

Located in the heart of nature, about 3 kilometers from the town of Campos, you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, or whatever you desire. You can also visit some of the nearby beaches; we recommend visiting Es Trenc beach and S’Arenal de Sa Rápita, both about 8 kilometers away.

Both the airport and the city of Palma are about 30 kilometers away.
