High-end vacation home with infinity pool and private garden in Alcudia, Mallorca

Welcome to this beautiful villa located in the luxurious residential area of Bonaire, in Alcudia. A place where you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Sierra de Tramuntana and the Mediterranean Sea.

Interior:

The 400-square-meter house features four fully equipped bedrooms with bed linen: one with a large king-size bed, two others with double beds, and the remaining one with two single beds. It also has three bathrooms with towels and toiletries. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

There is a living room with a large sofa and comfortable armchairs for you to enjoy the company of your group, as well as a fireplace and television. The high-end kitchen has everything necessary for any type of cooking. A spiral staircase will take you to the upper part of the house, where you will find the furnished terrace with loungers for relaxation.

Exterior:

Here you will find a wonderful infinity pool, surrounded by well-kept gardens, loungers, and Balinese beds for you to enjoy the outdoors and the Mediterranean breeze.

There is also a barbecue area and a large outdoor table where you can dine with your family or friends.

Location:

The house is located a few kilometers from Alcudia, a walled city with a lot of cultural and gastronomic charm. You can do your shopping here if you wish.
We recommend heading to S’Illot beach, located about 2 kilometers from the house. Other options are Sant Joan Beach and Sant Pere Beach, also approximately 2 km away.

You also have the option of heading to Pollensa Bay, where you will find a wide range of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. You can also visit the Alcudia spas, the diving school, or the marina.
