Beautiful luxury house with pool and terrace in the old town of Pollensa, Mallorca

Spend an unforgettable holiday in this spacious and modern villa, located in a very quiet and pleasant area. With room for 9 people, you can benefit from comfortable amenities both outside and inside.

Interior of the house:

It features 4 double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other two with two single beds each. The capacity is ideal for 8 people, but can be expanded to 10 thanks to a comfortable sofa bed (on request). There are 4 bathrooms, two of which are en suite.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast island and a large table that connects to an outdoor dining area, allowing up to 10 people to comfortably enjoy a meal. There is also a spacious living room with cosy sofas for the whole group.

Exterior:

Beautiful gardens surround the property, with sun loungers and Balinese beds arranged to make the most of the Mediterranean sun. It boasts a large 20-meter pool where you can relax and take a refreshing swim. Enjoy a meal outdoors after having a barbecue with your group of friends or family.

Location:

The location offers tranquillity of a natural environment, as well as proximity to the culture of the old town of Pollensa. About 7km away, there are numerous beaches with white sand and crystal-clear waters, including Playa de Muro, Es Comú, Playa d’en Bennassar, and many others.

For hiking, mountain routes, or cycling enthusiasts, we recommend exploring the Sa Calobra area and the mountains surrounding it.
