If you want to experience an unforgettable and unique vacation, this villa is perfect for you. A fully restored and modernized house that still retains the classic style of the island of Mallorca. With a capacity for up to 12 guests, here you will find the peace and tranquility ideal for your stay in the Balearic Islands.
Interior:
The house features impressive high ceilings and spacious, meticulously maintained areas. It has 6 double bedrooms, all fully equipped, each with an en-suite bathroom for greater convenience. There are several areas to spend time with your group of friends or family, such as a reading room, a living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, and, of course, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your meals. There is no dining table in the indoor area, this is located in the outdoor area.
Enjoy the views from the balconies, ideal for a morning coffee or a refreshing drink while watching the sunset.
Exterior:
The villa boasts a meticulously maintained garden with firm ground and surrounded by trees providing natural shade. There are several loungers and umbrellas lining the wonderful 15-meter-long saltwater pool, perfect for cooling off in the hot months.
You can have a barbecue outside and dine in the outdoor dining area while enjoying the mountain views and breathing in the fresh air. Climb to the rooftop of the house to admire the sunsets of Mallorca, famous worldwide for their beautiful light.
It also features an outdoor shower, a restored but original well with much history, an orchard with fruits and vegetables, and parking for up to three vehicles.
Location:
This villa is nestled among other buildings in the historic center of Pollensa. In this town, you can do your shopping, enjoy its gastronomic activity, leisure, commerce, etc.
A 10-minute drive will take you to the beach of Puerto de Pollensa, but we also recommend visiting other beaches in the area. You can also go to the Sierra de Tramuntana for hiking, cycling, trekking, and more.
