This majestic century-old villa, completely renovated, offers a perfect blend of modernity and traditional charm in a serene natural setting. Accommodating up to eleven people, the 445m² house is set on a spacious 100,000 square meter plot, enjoying a unique proximity to the sea and a design that combines comfort and elegance.
Interior of the Villa:
The interior of the villa stands out for its modernist style with rustic touches that provide warmth and sophistication. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare delicious meals and features a large dining table with panoramic views of the surroundings. The living room is a cozy space, adorned with comfortable sofas and an elegant wood-burning fireplace.
The bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort: there are five double bedrooms and one single bedroom, as well as 5 bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with spacious showers, sinks, and toilets. Toiletries, bed linens, towels, and hairdryers are also provided.
Exterior:
The villa’s exterior is a paradise for relaxation and recreation, featuring a private pool surrounded by loungers,and covered terraces. The pool area includes an outdoor shower and a hammock zone. Several chill-out areas invite you to enjoy the tranquility of the place, with spectacular sunset views.
One side of the property hosts a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor gatherings.
Location:
Located just 750 meters from the coast, the villa offers access to picturesque trails for walking or running, providing various perspectives of the coastline. Only 2.1 kilometers away, guests will find a supermarket and a selection of restaurants, while Cala Bassa Beach is just 2 kilometers away, and Cala Conta, known as the Caribbean of Ibiza, is a bit further west.
The villa is also close to the charming village of San Agustín, where we recommend exploring the streets, enjoying the local gastronomy and culture, and doing some shopping if you wish.
