On the first floor, the master suite stands out for its spaciousness, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and double sinks. This bedroom also has access to an exterior bathroom with views of the pool and garden. Also on this floor is a second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, work area, and private entrance. On the ground floor, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

In addition, another private and separate house called "La Casita" houses two more bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, kitchen, and an outdoor patio. All spaces are air-conditioned to ensure comfort and privacy.

The enormous living room becomes a wonderful space to relax, with seating areas and sofas, and a large table for 10 diners. It also features a fireplace, a work area, numerous board and recreational games, billiards, among others. The living room directly connects to the kitchen, creating an open area for everyone; the kitchen is fully equipped with all types of appliances and necessary cooking elements.

Exterior:

The exterior of the villa offers a variety of recreational areas. Between the main house and the casita, you'll find a covered lounge area with multiple seating options, an outdoor bed, and a kitchen with an integrated barbecue. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, with two dining areas: one for six people and another for ten. Additionally, the garden features a ping-pong table, a trampoline, play areas, a petanque court, and a tent next to a pergola with a seating area and kitchen. There is also a yoga platform for moments of relaxation in a lush, green setting.
