About the property
This beautiful holiday home, located in a small picturesque village in the nature-rich German Eiffel region, is the perfect place for a cosy, adventurous and relaxing holiday. The holiday home can accommodate up to 12 people.
The house:

The house was originally built around 1750, and has been renovated several times since then. However, many original details can still be found, such as the wooden beams in the outer walls and ceilings, and the historic hall with an original tiled floor.
In the house you will find everything you need. There is a cosy living room with a fireplace and a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with seating for 12 people.
On the ground floor there is also an office room with a single sofa bed. Adjacent to this room is a guest toilet with a washer and dryer.
Divided between the second and third floors are six bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a bathroom en suite.

The house has a spacious garden, with several terraces and sitting areas. A small canopy with a gas barbecue is ideal for preparing and then enjoying meals to the full. And that with a beautiful view over the mountains of the German Eiffel.
The highlight of the garden is the sauna house. Come to complete relaxation in the sauna, or enjoy the peace and quiet in the specially equipped lounge room. After relaxing, take a refreshing shower in the outdoor bio shower.
Children are not forgotten either, the trampoline offers hours of fun.

If you want to do something outside during your stay, there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. You can enjoy hiking and cycling tours along vineyards and through forests, or visit the beautiful medieval castle ‘Burg Eltz’. For water sports enthusiasts, there are possibilities such as canoeing, kayaking or a relaxing boat trip on the Moselle River. In addition, you can explore historical sights and taste local wines at one of the many wineries. There is also a leisure park with animals and attractions, Wild- en Recreatiepark Klotten, ideal for a family outing.
