The main house has 5 elegant double bedrooms, three of which have an own bathroom. Among the 5 rooms there is a family room with 2 connecting bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

The two independent guest houses offer an equally luxurious experience.
One of the houses has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a fridge and a private terrace.
The 2nd guest house has 2 bedrooms and a kitchen with living room. This house also has a private terrace.

Outdoor area

The property offers extensive green areas, an aromatic garden with herbs and fruit trees, an infinity pool that seems to melt into the horizon and a large terrace with sea views, as well as hammocks and a sauna that invite you to switch off.

There is also a 70 square metre yoga room with sunset views and a fully equipped gym. Children can look forward to a tree house and spacious play areas. A large car park is also available.

The villa offers a unique connection with nature. Surrounded by grounds filled with fruit trees, it is only 1 km away from the beaches of Cala Nova and Cala Leña. Its proximity to Santa Eulalia, just a 5-minute drive, provides access to restaurants, shops, and services.
