Located in a quiet setting, this exclusive villa is just minutes away from the vibrant city of Ibiza. It can accommodate up to 12 guests and every area of the property is designed to guarantee comfort and privacy.
Interior of the villa
The main house has three bedrooms, including a master suite on the upper floor with three private terraces and an integrated kitchen. On the ground floor, two further bedrooms have direct access to their own terraces. The main house also has a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms.
In addition, there is a separate flat with living room, fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom, as well as another guest house with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.
Outdoor area
The spacious pool forms the centrepiece of the house, surrounded by green gardens that provide freshness and tranquillity. The impressive contrast between the deep blue pool and the green landscape creates a unique atmosphere.
Each bedroom has access to a private garden area, allowing you to enjoy nature in complete seclusion.
A large, shaded terrace invites you to relax on cosy sofas or enjoy al fresco meals at the large dining table. There is also the option of having a barbecue with friends or family.
Location
Surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies can be reached in just six minutes by car. Ibiza airport is only a few kilometres away.
Ibiza Town and the famous beaches are also just a short distance away, so you can enjoy both the tranquillity of the villa and the vibrant life of the island at your leisure.
