This quiet holiday home in Sa Coma is the perfect place for a relaxing stay on Mallorca, with space for up to 6 people. Sa Coma is a popular area that offers both peace and easy access to island amenities.

The holiday home:

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living room opens onto a terrace. The dining room, with space for 6 people, also leads to another terrace, perfect for outdoor meals. Next to the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There is also a guest toilet.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two with two single beds, and a third with a French bed (150 x 190 cm). All rooms are air-conditioned, with cooling available between 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Two of the rooms have their own balcony. The bathroom upstairs has a bathtub, shower, and toilet.

The house has a private pool and a covered terrace for relaxing. There are also sunbeds, an outdoor shower, a dining area with a grill, and a private parking space.

The beautiful 800-meter-long beach in Sa Coma is only 1.4 km away – perfect for walks or relaxing by the sea. In Sa Coma, you will find shops, restaurants, and cafes. The seaside promenade is great for an evening stroll.
The “Sa Punta de n'Amer” nature reserve is visible from the beach, with 200 hectares of land ideal for hiking.
For a day trip, Palma, the island’s capital, is 68.6 km away and offers many attractions and shops.
