Reservation & Customer Service Agent
Profile
- Interest in the holiday home and tourism sector
- Fluency in Dutch, German or French (written and spoken) for day-to-day business. Very good knowledge of two of these languages is required, good knowledge of the third language and English is an advantage
- Team spirit, initiative and reliability
- Dynamic and friendly attitude that enables exceptional customer service
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Tasks
- Inform, advise and support our customers in realising their holiday plans in German, Dutch and French via telephone and e-mail
- Support property owners
- Administration of bookings
- Creation of price structures, house descriptions and translations
- Realisation of social media and marketing tasks
- The work is to be done in the office in Drinklange not at a distance
