This holiday home is a renovated farmhouse which offers a cozy accommodation for 6 to 7 people. In the middle of the Belgian Ardennes, just a few kilometers from the world-famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit, from the town of Malmedy and Spa, you will find the holiday home in Coo. Coo is also known for Belgium's largest pumped storage power station.
This holiday home offers a living space of 300 m2 distributed over 3 floors. The interiors of the house have all been modernly furnished and renovated, but you can recognize everywhere that this is an old half-timbered house and this gives a comfortable atmosphere throughout the whole house.
On the lower floor there is the fully equipped kitchen as well as the open living and dining area with the cozy fireplace. On this floor there is also a play room with a kicker.
In the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath.
On the last floor you will find a double bed and a single bed as well as a bathroom with shower.

Outside you will find the private pool (heated from 1/05 to 30/09), a covered jacuzzi and a covered terrace. A hammock as well as the outdoor couches around the pool allow you to enjoy the quiet nature of the Belgian Ardennes to the fullest. Some sun loungers and parking spaces are also available. From the swimming pool you have a nice view of the lake of Coo.

In Coo you will find a wide range of leisure activities, from simple hikes to paintball, kayaking, archery and much more. The region of the Belgian Ardennes is also known for its beautiful and varied mountain bike trails.
Here you'll find an activity for everyone.

This holiday home is mainly for family holidays, but other groups could also be welcomed after an arrangement with the owner.

** Please note that the swimming pool is only heated from 01/05 - 30/09/2017 **

*** Please note that it is not allowed to stay in the accommodation with more persons than the maximal allowed number by the owner or to invite additional guests. Please honour the maximal allowed number of persons.
This holiday home is mainly for family holidays, bachelor parties are not allowed in this house. Please inform us about the composition of your group before booking.***

**Charging electric cars in this house is not allowed, but there are charging points at the public car park in Coo.
If we do find out that a car has been charged, we reserve the right to deduct a fixed amount from the deposit.**
