This villa has a modern design and tasteful furnishings in neutral colours that create a soothing yet cosy atmosphere. From the living room with sea views, you can enjoy direct access to the terrace and pool. The open-plan kitchen and dining area also offer uninterrupted views over the sea.

The villa:

On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with many modern appliances. From the air-conditioned living room, and the spacious dining room, you can easily access the terrace.
The three bedrooms in the main house are equipped with double beds (160x200 cm), air conditioning and a private terrace. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Two bathrooms offer a hairdryer as well. A guest toilet in the entrance area provides additional privacy.

Annexe:

The annexe offers a further bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), air conditioning and an en suite bathroom. There is also a lounge with darts and board games for children, as well as fitness equipment such as weights.

The outdoor area:

The outdoor area of the villa is a true retreat. The 9x4 metre infinity pool with salt electrolysis water and a depth of 1.40 to 1.60 metres provides refreshment and relaxation. The garden offers a shaded breakfast table, a chill-out area, a mobile barbecue and an outdoor shower. The direct access to the sea and a lawn offer many opportunities for leisure activities and relaxation. The outdoor dining area invites you to enjoy convivial meals in the open air.

The villa is located at an excellent location with many amenities nearby. The centre, supermarkets, shopping facilities, bars and restaurants are only 900 metres away. The beaches of Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran are just a few walking minutes away. The airport is around 60 km away, the Palma ferry harbour 69 km and the city of Palma around 64.5 km. The Vall Dor golf course is only 9.4 km away.
