About the property
This holiday home for 6 persons, (2 floors), with internet, has on the ground floor 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning, 2 bathrooms, living-room, dining-room and kitchen. The living/room on the ground floor has a couch, 2 arm-chairs, fire place, flat screen TV and DVD player. And there is also a kitchen on the ground-floor, with gas hob, microwave, combi grill, kettle, coffee percolator, toaster, dishwasher and fridge freeze.
On the 1st floor, is an apartment (with separate entrance), with living/room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
The house has a private swimming-pool of 8x4 meters, surrounded by a large terrace with 4 sunbeds, outside shower, cane sofá + 2 chairs and outside kitchen. There is another terrace as well with garden furniture and brick built barbecue.
It has a surface of 160 m2 on a plot of 1.100 m2 and is situated in the urbanization Balcon al Mar in Jávea. From the villa and garden, there is a view on a forest.
The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms. Restaurants and supermarket in the surrounding areas. The distance to the Arenal beach, with shops, bars and restaurants is 7 kilometers. Pets are not allowed.
