About the property
This beautiful holiday home is located 800 metres from the village of Santa Gertrudis, which is in the heart of the island of Ibiza. The house is in a very quiet location and is surrounded by a garden with trees of all kinds. The nearest beach Talamanca and the town of Ibiza are about 10 kilometres away from the holiday home. There you will find countless restaurants and shops of all kinds.
This villa, built on one floor, sleeps up to 7 people and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The hallway leads to 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and one with a single bed.
At the entrance of the villa is the open living and dining room. There you will find 2 sofas and a TV, so you can enjoy some cosy evening hours. There is also a dining table there. From the living room you reach another bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed and an en suite bathroom.
The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen appliances you need to prepare a perfect meal. You will find a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and much more. From the kitchen you have access to the pool.
Outside the villa is the private outdoor pool, which measures 10 x 5 metres. You can cool off in it on hot summer days.
The villa also has a beautiful garden with a covered veranda and a barbecue area, which invites you to enjoy a culinary change.
On the available sun loungers and garden furniture you can fully relax and forget everyday life for a while.
