About the property
This beautiful villa with its unique architecture offers the ideal place for a holiday with famile(s) and/or friends. There are several chill-out areas that provide sufficient peace and privacy.
The interior:
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, one of which is located in a separate garden house by the fitness room. Two of the bedrooms therefore share a bathroom, but each room has a private terrace. Of the 5 bedrooms mentioned, 4 have double beds (180x200) and one has two single beds (90x200). All beds can be switched to singles or doubles. Four of these rooms have sea views.
The ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with a Canadian wood island and all the necessary amenities. There is a spacious living room and numerous lounge areas.
The villa also has air conditioning, home automation system, parking for 5 vehicles, security alarms and safes.
The outdoor area:
The property is spread over several levels, starting with the main level where the rooftop bar is located. Here you will find the pool, a chill-out area and sun loungers. Enjoy the fitness and yoga area where you can practise sports and meditation activities.
There is also an outdoor courtyard with a large table where you can dine with your group and enjoy the views of Ibiza.
Location and extras:
The villa is located about 3 km from Cala Es Cubells. The centre of the city of Ibiza is 25 minutes away and in 10 minutes you can reach the area with the most famous and renowned beach clubs of the city.
