Located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of the island, this villa features two houses: the main 800m2 house and the separate 250m2 master suite. It also boasts a Chill Out area, pool and sunbeds area and a gym.
Interior of the house and master suite:
The Payesa house offers all the comforts and amenities you can imagine. It has a large kitchen, a living room with dining area for all guests, and 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite; the other two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, share a bathroom.
The master suite is marvelous, with views of the infinity pool and in the distance, you can see the Salinas and the island of Formentera. It features a huge circular double bed and a luxurious bathroom.
Exterior:
The villa has numerous chill-out areas where you can relax, watch TV, play foosball, or board games. There's a gym and yoga area, and an impressive infinity pool surrounded by trees and colorful plants.
Location:
It is located just a few kilometers from the airport and has easy access to the best beaches on the island of Ibiza. It is only 4km from San Josep and also close to the old town of Ibiza City. Visit the exclusive beaches of Blue Marlin and Yemenja; they are a gem of the island.
