About the property
The property features three bedrooms: two with twin beds and one with a double bed. Additionally, it offers a crib, high chair, and baby playpen/travel cot (please notify us 72 hours before your arrival). There are two fully equipped bathrooms.
The cozy living room, characteristic of Ibiza, includes a fireplace and ceiling fan. The original stone flooring has been preserved, as well as the rustic decor.
Exterior:
Enjoy the 46m2 pool and the surrounding areas, which are filled with numerous fruit trees, such as avocado, carob, and almond trees. Next to the saltwater pool, there is a relaxation area and an outdoor dining space, partially covered and partially open-air. Here, you can enjoy meals with family or friends.
The property includes pool loungers and umbrellas, as well as beach umbrellas and accessories if you decide to go to the beach.
Location:
Directly outside the property, you'll find a forest filled with pine trees. You can visit Trull d’en Perella, a place where fruits are pressed after being harvested. You'll also discover Font de Perella, a natural spring of potable water.
The villa is located very close to the beaches of Cala Pada and Niu Blau, about 5 minutes away. We also recommend visiting other charming beaches such as Calas des Comte, Las Salinas, and Cala Nova.
