This impressive estate, which is over 300 years old will give you the opportunity to experience luxury and uniqueness on the island of Ibiza. You won't want to leave, as it offers numerous entertainment options. Located in a very quiet area of San Juan de Labritja, the estate has often been named one of the most sophisticated on the island.

Interior Spaces:

Enjoy its beautiful common areas, from its fully equipped and spacious living room, where you can rest and relax with your family or friends, to the numerous areas with sofas, armchairs, and loungers. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for all group members, luxurious cutlery and tableware, all surrounded by impeccable décor.

The 9 bedrooms are mainly arranged in 3 locations. Four of them, all with King size double beds, are located in the main building. The fifth bedroom is situated in the old circular tower, with direct access to the rooftop views. The other four bedrooms, the brightest ones, are located in the garden. All of them have a small private garden area and an outdoor shower; each one has a different style, ranging from African touches to retro style. There are a total of 9 bathrooms and an outdoor toilet.

You can also descend to the cave, where you have the option to play music thanks to its DJ mixing table, bar, cinema, or even prepare it for events or workshops. There is also a wellness room, located in the old tower.

Exterior:

Here you will find numerous relaxation and meditation areas, comfortable spaces to lie down and sit, both under the sun and covered by terraces or umbrellas. It features a wonderful pool of no less than 100 square meters, with an outdoor shower and surrounded by loungers, Balinese beds, and chill-out areas. For the little ones, there is a children's pool, a playground, and garden toys.

There is also a very sophisticated barbecue area, an open pool bar, and a changing room next to the pool. Don't miss the opportunity to explore the bio garden on the property, with typical local fruits and vegetables, which you can enjoy with your group.

Location and Extras:

Located in the northeast of the island of Ibiza, this villa stands out for perfectly blending modernism with the typical rural style of the Balearics. If you want to visit some places of interest, you can head to the San Juan Market, San Lorenzo, Font de Balafia, and Santa Gertrudis, among others. The nearest beaches, located in the northern area, about 15-20 minutes by car, are Cala Benirrás, Playa des Port de Sant Miquel, and Cala de sa Ferradura.

**During your stay, you will have at your disposal a cleaning staff, consisting of a team of 3 people and a person dedicated to garden and pool maintenance. Daily breakfast and some concierge services are included.
